At 10:00 PM, Valerie and Damian left the party area and immediately headed to his parents' mansion, which was quite far from the hotel. The wife removed a few small hair clips with various motifs adorning her hair and placed them on the dashboard.

"I've called my mom," Damian said, breaking the silence there.

"What did she say?"

"She said Daniel slept with her and my sister and didn't cry at all when he was with them," Damian explained casually.

"That's good."

"In that case, let's just let him stay there."

Valerie fell silent, feeling unsure. "I don't think I'll be able to sleep without him by my side."
