Bab 243: Finding the disaster drought

Bai Yun hid himself and walked through the side of the river. As he walked further into the depths of the desert, the heat and the dryness started to rise. At the same time, the strength of the various beasts also started to rise.

Bai Yun was very careful as he walked through the caverns. There were many beasts here and there on the shores of the river. Due to the increasing power, the strengths of the beasts were increasing too.

Thankfully, most of the beasts spent most of their time sleeping. There was not much food here and they had to conserve every bit of energy they could. This means that Bai Yun could slip past them as long as he was very careful.

Bai Yun slowly crept along the river bank and saw many different sights. He saw a variety of different beasts and plants. There was an entire ecosystem thriving under the desert. Here and there there would be small passageways in the walls of the caverns that would lead to the surface.
