Bab 130: A Harlot

Diana stared at the world as if she was seeing it for the first time. The mosaics on the wall or the sconces filled with small torches or candles in the middle of the glass of various colors, giving various shades to the room. She felt entranced by them.

The walls were made of glass and the glass was covered with paints. A fallen angel or was it a god.. She did not know but she felt spellbound by it. The slow music in the room was enchanting. 

She almost stopped breathing when a woman, hardly wearing clothes yet somehow clad in a gown climbed the small stage in the dimly lit room. Her red gown slithering like a snake and her fair thin and toned legs could be seen with each movement. And the way she smiled at the crowd.. As if she knew how everyone was entranced by her.
