Sya's POV
“This won't budge either,” Hannah groaned, trying to pull out the tiny window.
“It's no use. The window’s too small for us to climb out anyway,” I told her, sitting down on one of the empty cartons.
She sat down next to me and sighed. “I'm worried. Why haven't the guys come yet?”
I wanted to answer her but I felt so weak. It was like my body was slowly beginning to shut down on its own.
“Sya? You okay?” Hannah asked, concern coating her voice.
I nodded but fell to the ground anyway. She sat down next to me, holding my hand. “Sya! Hang on a bit in there please!”
I nodded. “It's okay. I'm a bit dizzy that's all.”
I sat up straighter, thumping my head to clear my blurred vision a bit. It worked.
A knock at the door called our attention.
“Hannah? Sya? You guys in there?” a female voice asked.
“Stella!” Hannah cried, quickly running over to the door. “We're in here!”
“Hang on you guys!” Stella called out.
