Bab 161: Type B plague

[ The real battle has started now, host!]

"Could have said earlier," Ben muttered. As he dashed at the beast once again, the beast in retaliation attacked with a bunch of tentacles emerging from its head.

"Slash !"

The tentacles were completely cut off from the beast's body with a clean swing of his tri-claws. Ben didn't just stop there; as he closed in, he landed two more slashes at the beast on its body.

"Why won't it just die?" Ben murmured, looking at the beast moving awkwardly with a broken body and cut-off head. Ben felt this beast was more than what it looked like, but he couldn't understand what it was.

Swishh-wooshh!!

Just when Ben was about to attack again, he noticed a red flame-shaped aura that flew around the beast and engulfed it in red flames. The energy in Ben's body was very similar to what he possessed.
