Bab 261: (261) The Real Monsters

The moment the guard cut out the light, the creature in the cave next to him turned. It looked at the black Slime appraisingly.

"New guy, huh?" It asked.

The Slime shook a bit, but...

'Wait, what?' Suddenly, Geth could 'hear.' It was more like the Slime's body feeling the individual vibrations of the creature, but he still understood what it said.

He extended the Slime's aura over Subject #0699, finding that it was, in fact, a Lizardman. Well, it seemed to be a mix between a Lizardman and a demon.

The creature beside him was scaled and had tens of eyes randomly across its body. It had a Dragonoid face with four eyes, two tiny black wings protruding from its back, and a long, wiry tail that looked like a cat's with no fur.

With the eyes covering its torso, back, legs, and arms, it made for a strange sight. Geth watched the monstrosity sigh and sit back in its dung-filled cage.
