My sister messaged me that they just came from dad in prison. 

I suddenly felt guilty not to be with him on his birthday, but I needed to accompany my wife to have a checkup today. 

We set an appointment with Hanna since Krizel has not feeling well lately. 

She eats a lot, but she still seems weak and even takes a nap longer than usual. 

She even vomited this morning when she smelled the garlic being prepared in the kitchen, so I know something is going on. 

"Josh!" Hanna shouted from her clinic. 

I nearly jumped off my seat when I heard her shout. 

I gently opened the door and saw both ladies staring at me. 

"Come here," Hanna sternly said. 

She faced the monitor and showed me something that I could not understand. 

"What's that?" I asked. 

Hanna started to laugh hysterically. 

My wife even laughed with her. 

After laughing for too long, she cleared her throat and looked at me.
