She held his head up with one hand and opened the first aid kit with her other hand. She then retrieved two small pills from the bottle of fever reducing medicine.

After closing the lid, she tilted his head back to lean against the box and stuffed the medicine into his mouth.

Without any water, he wouldn't be able to swallow the pills.

His mouth was extremely dry right now. She only wished that she had some saliva to help him take the medicine.

Although the idea was disgusting, for the sake of survival, everything was fair game.
