Rebirth of the Starlight

Okay first of all this book has been left unfinished!!! Disregard the fact it says it’s completed. This is “book 1” that was written years ago and was left at a ridiculous point with lots of plot holes left undone. The author has written other stories since then but NOT “book 2” so alas there is NO END to this book!! Then take into account that the writing is absolutely horrible!! There are so many flaws and errors and I’m not talking about your typical stuff like messing up pronouns (although that IS an issue, it is not the only one or even the biggest editing issue). There’s no character growth. Everyone is selfish and evil in their own way from beginning to end. And even the people you thought were good at the beginning turn out to actually be evil. There are a few unnecessary chapters, like a whole chapter where the “butterflies” communication through something similar to Snapchat but they are just saying stupid things and nothing of importance at all. You get told the rules by the “butterflies” but those rules are constantly changing so nothing is actually set in stone and finally you get to the end where the author admits that the book is completely nonsensical but hey it’s ok because it’s their book and they can write it whatever they want!!
