Bab 534: Charlie's Fears

She carefully redoes his necktie to her satisfaction.

"You look awesome. Just endure it for tonight alone. I promise I will let you do as you please on any other occasion," Gabrielle smiled and pats his chest.

She hasted to where she dropped her green high heels.

"We are running late. I am sure Mother will make a mountain out of a molehill if we arrive late to their anniversary party...,"

"We still have some time to spare so take your time. You are gonna trip at this rate if you keep on running...,"

"I can't so just let me be ok," Gabrielle said.

A few minutes later the two couples were ready to go.

"Do I look ok?" Gabrielle asked for the fifth time that night.

"You look gorgeous. And I believe you will look even better if you get rid of that anxious expression on your face," He said, his gaze focused on the glowing face of the lady beside him.

She forced on a smile and leaned on his hand, "Are you happy now?" She asked.
