Bab 47: Blackjack

Lawrence was now realizing that his so-called spendthrift was absolutely childish in front of these people. 

Even in the past, he would never spend so much. Yet in this establishment, everyone was spending gold coins as if they were bronze coins. 

Taking out the only gold coin that he had obtained from Tristina, Lawrence threw it to the dealer at the gambling table. 

"Exchange it." He said nonchalantly. 

The dealer was the person who would deal the cards to each player on the table. Additionally, the dealer was the one that every player on this table would bet against. 

In blackjack, each player could decide whether or not to add another card in their hand to try to get the number 21. 

And if the players aren't feeling confident and wish to stop at number 16, then they could. 

However, the dealer cannot and is forced to get a number 17 or higher, thus, making it a high possibility of the dealer being busted, meaning going above 21.
