Bab 85: A Disastrous Meeting

"Come in!" a muffled voice called from inside.

As Li Na pushed the door open, she found Li Yifeng sprawled on the bed, looking like he was half-listening to Wang Yuling, who was enthusiastically talking about something. 

Zhang Mei was sitting beside Li Jing, who had a disapproving frown on her face while glaring at Li Yifeng and Wang Yuling.

As soon as the door opened, everyone's attention shifted to Li Na who walked in. Li Jing was quick to pretend to be happy. She jumped up and greeted her with a smile. "Sister, you made it!" Li Na ignored her and went straight to Li Yifeng's bedside. She bowed slightly.

Li Yifeng, trying to look stern, cleared his throat and asked, "Where have you been?"

"Living my life," Li Na replied. She asked out of courtesy, "What happened to you?" 

Li Yifeng still looked in Zheng Mei's direction and said, "I was beaten by a wild dog."
