The weird part was that these people were quite well-geared when compared to the rest of the troops of the sixth battalion.

Just like other Crimson Abyss guild members, Shen Yue had also paid close attention to all the members of their battalion while they were still standing in the assembly gathering, so she recognized some of these faces.

They did not belong to any single guild. Rather they were dispersed in various guilds, the only common link being that all these people had above-average fighting gear.

However, a big portion of these people were from Assassin's Alliance guild. Shen Yue immediately recognized the vice-leader Elijah who stood amidst the black-clothed men.
