Bab 107: Research in action (1)

As the two walked towards her room, Lilith could not help but wonder about Richard's family dynamics.

First, it was his brother, Edward and in as much lovely as he looked, Lilith couldn't help but notice that that was not actually who he was.

"What were you doing with that man." Richard asked while opening the door to her room and Lilith did not answer his question until they got in. Now that he had let go of her waist, she chose to create a proper distance as she was not ready for something that would leave her embarrassed for the rest of the week.

"I just saw someone's shadow and when I went to check who it was, he showed up out of nowhere."

"Your curiosity always leads you into trouble." Came Richard's calm reply. At the same time, he moved away from the door and walked further inside the room whereby he sat on her bed which deepened due to his weight.

In silence, Lilith pursed her lips.
