Wait, Ash?!

"Y -You said your name is Ash?" Kevin asked incredulously 

Ash was frightened at his sudden outburst. He nodded solemnly. 

Kevin was stunned into silence. He did not ask anymore question and just slump in the sofa, as if his life was drained out of him.

Why?

Ash…

Ash is supposed to be a girl!

Kevin finally remembered now. 

That person appeared because Lawrence saved Ashley. And she, despite being a Player with evaluation E, showed her strength in the later genre. Lawrence saw her potential and invited her over. 

That person was in love with Ashley. So of course he appears wherever she is to ensure she is safe. 

But now… Ashley became Ash. 

She's a boy. 

Kevin subtly heard the boy's stomach rumble in hunger. Lawrence heard it too.
