Alexander watched as she came closer with the golden chains even though he had objected.

Did his little sassy, tease of a wife think he would allow her to render him incapable and incapacitated? Did she really think he would sit quietly and be chained to the wall? 

He was Alexander Lucian of Aradale and he did the chaining.

"Don't you trust me?" Jamie tilted her head to the right and her eyes danced with unspoken mischief.

Alexander relaxed further into the bed. He had a smug demeanor.

"Monisha, I might have a soft spot for you but I only trust you as far as I can throw you"
