Qin Chen followed the rental instructions to a small villa. Seeing the 300 square meter, well-decorated house with a prime location and peaceful surroundings, he was instantly impressed and decided to rent it
«Young man, I'm the landlord of this house. Are you here to rent it too?»
An elderly lady in her sixties came out as soon as he entered and asked kindly.
«Yes, is this house available for rent?»

As soon as he entered, he saw two sights he hadn't expected. Two girls, with fair, rosy skin, and slender white legs, stood before him. One had a larger chest, and the other smaller. Both wore just small camisoles covering their essential parts. For a moment, all six eyes met in shock.

Two screams broke the silence, and the two girls immediately ran into a room and shut the door. The screams echoed through the villa, and if it weren't for the good soundproofing, the neighbors within a few kilometers would have known there was a pervert and a scoundrel there.
Ten minutes later, Mu Nu Jiao and Ai Tutu were dressed and sitting on the sofa, while Qin Chen sat on a chair opposite them, the atmosphere tense.
«Qin Chen, I misjudged you. How could you be so shameless, perverted, and desperate? You followed us, and now you dare to peep. You beast in human clothing…»
After a moment of silence, Ai Tutu couldn't hold back and started berating Qin Chen. Her eloquence left him in awe.

«First, I didn't follow you. I was looking for a place to rent. If you don't believe me, ask the landlord. She directed me here.»
Qin Chen didn't want to bear the brunt of such accusations. He intended to live a carefree life, not be branded with such labels.
«Impossible. The landlord clearly rented the house to us. Why would she direct you here?»
Ai Tutu immediately retorted.
«The landlord said you were struggling to afford this house, so she suggested I share the rent with you to ease your financial burden.»
Qin Chen sold out the landlord without hesitation. After all, it wasn't his idea to come in; the landlord insisted.
«No way. We are two girls. How can we share a house with you?»
Before Ai Tutu could speak, Mu Nu Jiao objected. Sharing a house with a boy, no matter how you put it, sounded more like cohabitation, which could harm her reputation. Even though Qin Chen had saved her, they had only just met.
«Qin Chen, if you want to live with us, you'll have to pay the full rent.»
Unlike Mu Nu Jiao, Ai Tutu didn't mind. She had spent all her pocket money to rent this house and even lost her living expenses, not to mention her snacks. She regretted not choosing a cheaper place. Now, with Qin Chen's arrival, she saw a glimmer of hope.

Qin Chen quickly stated his terms. He wasn't a pushover and didn't want to be taken advantage of.
«How can you be so stingy? Many would jump at the chance to live with us and pay the rent. We're giving you a chance to share the rent with us, and you refuse?»
Ai Tutu was annoyed. After all, they were both beauties, and he didn't want to pay the rent. She had never seen someone so stingy.
Ai Tutu's words embarrassed Mu Nu Jiao. Unlike Ai Tutu, she didn't take such things lightly. To her, cohabitation was different from sharing a house.

Qin Chen smiled and transferred two million to Mu Nu Jiao, fifty thousand for a year's rent and one hundred fifty thousand for meals. He didn't want ordinary meals but magical beast meat, which wasn't cheap. His mother had given him ten million for living expenses before he came to school, so he didn't mind spending.

Thus, Qin Chen began his cohabitation life. He rarely attended classes, as Zhao Man Yan had mentioned. He only needed to pass the exams at the end of each semester; the rest of the time was his to manage.
