"That is right." Lethia said, determined.

"I see." Andrew stood up and leaned on the wall again. "Do you remember, you often hid behind the secret passage when you were younger just so you could observe how mother worked."

Why is he mentioning that now?

"I remember, back then mother instructed both of us to take lessons on being the crown princess, crown prince. I was not able to absorb the knowledge very well. So I decided that maybe a more practical method would work better."

"You asked our mother if you could observe her but she denied that request."

"Right, but I didn't give up with that. As a member of the royal family, we are provided with information on the secret passages. I used the one connected to the throne room to observe mother work. You discovered me but never said anything. You even kept me company and brought me food."
