Bab 591: I was never afraid

"You have gotten brave huh?"

Braver huh? Now that she thought about it brother Zepher mentioned that last time she saw him too, but she didn't understand what he was talking about.

"Or maybe it is because you are no longer afraid of me?"

"I was never afraid!" Lyn exclaimed. "That time I was not afraid."

"Hah, you cannot trick me. I remember the first time I made a proper move on you. Lyn you trembled so much.."

"I-I was cold! We were in a tent but it was outside!" Lyn blurted out. It was very embarrassing for her to admit. She thought he forgot it but to think he was so hung up on this.

She planned to never tell him but her gaze fell on his gloomy expression. If he reacts this way she has no choice. 

"You were cold?" Rhys repeated puzzled.

"Ah-huh."

"But there was that time in the carriage too."
