"Then, I suppose it is natural that you fell in love with him," Lyn muttered. For the young Beth, Rhys must have been her knight in shining armor. Her savor, just like she feels towards Kazuya. Lyn has always kept this to herself, though. Besides, Kazuya is not the knight and shining armor type, so she knew better than to make a fool out of herself and tell him that.

As Lyn pondered on these thoughts, she did not notice that Beth had turned quiet, until she hears a sudden, "Impossible," and yelp from the woman.

Lyn snapped out of it and looked at Beth, the girl's whole face had turned a brighter shade of red than her cheeks earlier. Could it be, "You didn't notice?"

Beth coughed, "Rhys, and I are not like that Lady Lyn. We've always had a kind of no strings attached relationship with each other."
