The Norwegian Maritime Museum Norwegian: Norsk Maritimt Museum is located at Bygdøynesveien on the Bygdøy peninsula, on the western side of Oslo, Norway. Where an event is taking place to lure in more people to the museum, a history of pirates event. With the museum managing to get Sovereign and some of her shipgirls to help host the event.
With her as her bodyguards for the event are the Northern Parliament shipgirls, Gangut sisters, Gangut, Parizhskaya Kommuna, Marat, and Sevastopol, Tashkent and her ice fairy Snezhinka, the Gnevny sisters, Gnevny, Boiky, Grozny, Gromky, Gremyashchy, and Stremitelny, Kiev who is using her spirit wolves as guard dogs, and keeping her pet wolf Sammy close to her, and Kursk who is using her pet snowy owl Nails as a look out. The other shipgirls who have been traveling with her are also there and keeping the child shipgirls out of trouble. They are also all dressed up as pirates, just not the ones Sovereign had in mind.
"I said dress as pirates, as in real pirates and not One Piece pirates," Sovereign said to the Gnevny sisters who are dress as the main cast of One Piece. She's dress in a red jacket and white pants and wearing a captain's hat, in what comes to mind when you picture a pirate captain.
Gnevny, is dressed as Zoro.
Boiky, is Usopp.
Grozny, is Nami
Gromky, is Chopper.
Gremyashchy, is Sanji.
Stremitelny is Robin.
"I did write it in the message board," Recruit said.
They're all standing outside of the museum where the old pirate ship is on display inside, while stands and other entertainment have been setup outside. A big crowd has gathered up to see the shipgirls.
"So who do you have dressed up as Luffy?" Sovereign ask.
"You," the shipgirl sisters all said.
"Me?" Sovereign ask.
"Yes," Grozny said holding up a straw hat.
"Me the pirate queen?" Sovereign ask.
"You are already the princess of several countries already," Recruit said.
"Oh, yes and now with no one to contest me for the right to rule. I proclaim myself, as the queen of pirates," Sovereign said sarcastically out loud and suddenly felt her power going off. (1)
Shouted from the docks got their attention as six shipgirls surface from the bay. Unlike most of the shipgirls, the new six are sail-powered frigates and galleons shipgirls. The rigs of the new shipgirls are wrecks raised from the ocean and given life and power by some supernatural force. Tentacles are holding pieces of all but one of the shipgirls wreckages together, handling cannons, or wrap around their bodies. Other supernatural sea life floats around them as familiars, as well as wisps and eyes.
The odd shipgirl out with her wings and angel look came flying over to Sovereign, who couldn't help but blush seeing what, or what lack of clothing she's wearing. She's wearing a revealing white dress over her lightly tan busty body, the neckline has a cutout to emphasize her navel and only two small strips of fabric covering her breasts. And it's clear that she's not wearing anything underneath. She has two sets of bird like wings on her back with eyes in her wings that leans more into the 'biblically accurate' type of angels. She's carrying a long blood red spear. (2)
"I am, Sao Martinho, the Invincible Tempesta, flagship of the Armada, and retainer of the golden light, greets you. Whereto is our next grand campaign, princess?" said shipgirl ask.
"I wasn't trying to be the pirate queen but, just proclaiming myself as the pirate queen is good enough for you?" Sovereign ask not believing how all it took for her to be the pirate queen was to just saying she is.
"Yes it is," Sao Martinho said as she waves to the other 5 pirate shipgirls. "These are the first of your pirate fleet."
"You're looking at the mysterious, heartstopping Royal Fortune! ...Hm? Scared you, did I? C'mon, don't be so uptight! Now, where are we headed? The fabled Treasure Coast? The cursed Black Reef, littered with shipwrecks? I don't care where we're going; let's just hoist the sails!" the busty, short black haired shipgirl who is dress like a barmaid but with a black coat and pirate hat, and armed with a cutless. She's the most decent dressed of the shipgirls.
"Caught your attention ~ Heehee. What do you wish to know about? My name? Golden Hind. My eternal beings, or should I say, my adorable tentacles? Well, my tentacles have been to the end of the world once," the long black haired shipgirl said. She's dressed like Sao Martinho in a revealing black dress and only having two strips of cloth covering her breasts but has a much more busty body and isn't shy about using her own tentacles to wrap her body up with them. She also has two deer like antlers on her forehead, one formed and the other half formed.
"Hmm, so you're the pirate princess? I'm Mary Celeste, the fabled ghost ship. And this one's name is... Argo, for short. Hahah! Don't be scared of her. She's just fond of this busy world, just as I," said shipgirl petting the tentacles of her rig. She's wearing an overcoat over what are just rags underneath that did little to cover her busty form. She also has two horns on the sides of her head poking out from beneath her long blue hair.
"I'm Adventure Galley. I've got nothing else to tell you. Then again, you're letting me stay at this port, so I guess let's get along, Captain. Sorry... "Commander," was it?" said shipgirl who has two long ponytails of her long purple hair. She has two large clawed gauntlets on her arms and is wearing a ragged white dress over her slender body and nothing else, which is the only thing she's wearing. She also has several lengths of chains attached to her gauntlet or wrapped around her body and a prisoner's manacle around her neck, all chaining her to her wreckage.
"Whydah, I've got no interest in swashbuckling and plundering like other pirates. Storms are scary, so I'm fine just chilling back at port. Plus... the pillow is real cushy...," said shipgirl who is a petite girl with squishy, tentacle-like hair, cutesy octopus servants, and a large mass of tentacles coming from her back. The only items of clothing she's wearing is a large black overcoat and over a white dress and a large pirate captain's hat. Her white dress is partially see through and it's very obvious there's nothing on under it.
"Now, I have pirate shipgirls who are even worst than the other fleets in modestly," Sovereign said seeing how or the lack of shame the pirate shipgirls have.
"You could send them to Japan and they be a big hit with the hentai crowd," Recruit suggested.
"That could work," Sovereign said feeling another headache coming.

Author's Notes -
1 - I know, it's dumb but how else was I going to bring in the pirate shipgirls into the story.
2 - The angels as they are in the Bible aren't the winged angels people think of what they look like today. They're more Lovecraft and what you think of monsters then what people think of today.
