Class B, even though only by a slight margin, was quieter and more disciplined. When the Instructor spoke, they listened, and her orders were executed nearly immediately after she spoke them.
If he were to compare the Class to anyone, it would be the military, and Agest, the Instructor, would be the drill sergeant, "Jeez, not even Akshar wants to mess with her…" He whispered to himself, seeing Akshar glued to his book, mentally practicing his kindergarten reading.
As he whispered, he could feel stares suddenly shot at him from every direction in the Class; everyone in the Class heard him whispering even though they didn't quite hear what he was whispering.
'They heard that?' He thought he couldn't risk whispering anymore; the students in the Class had not even uttered a word and not made a single noise from writing in their book, so the whisper, even though not loud, was heard by everyone.
