Bab 65: Champion of Edostead

The CFO and Administrator got out of their carriage, their eyes with dark eye bags under them; as they stood in front of the huge Empire Bank's headquarters, they felt as if they wanted nothing but to go inside and take a nap in their office. 

As they took a step towards the building, though, another carriage pulled up; it possessed the same emblem that they were carrying, the Empire Bank's emblem. They ignored it; however, unless they were the CEO, they didn't need to stop and respect them. After all, they were literally one of the most powerful people in the bank, and arguably, their role would even be higher than some politicians in the entire Empire. 

The guards bowed slightly as they reached for the door, "Welcome sir." The ones at the door said before opening it for them.
