Aspen's POV

"Hiiii, Babyy" I drag out nervously

"Don't you 'Hi baby' me" He continues slamming the door and I sigh. "You weren't feeling well so you called Meghan? And I was literally a door away?"

"I didn't want to bother you," I tell him in a small voice averting my eyes and he scoffs.

"Bother me" he mocks "I-"

He stops and closes his eyes. When he reopens them emotion was flooding through. He begins pacing and I begin to get worried.

"Why didn't you call me?" He asks still pacing "Do you know how I felt when Damien barges into the office saying my girlfriend just collapsed and is on her way to the hospital?"

Ah, Meghan told Damien.

Great.

"I know. And I'm so sorry but you were bus-"

"I'm never too busy for you Aspen, you should know that"

To be honest, I have no idea why I didn't want Dante to find out that I wasn't feeling good.

"I'm sorry babe" he sighs and walks over to me gripping my fingers

"Promise you'll tell me everything from now on"
