When Hui Lan finally turned around, she found the Emperor standing in front of her. Behind him were Physician Jin and Won that stood on each side like guards. 

"Aunt Shao?" Hearing the Emperor mentioning the middle-aged lady's name, Physician Jin couldn't help but mutter the middle-aged lady's name. He was starting to feel even more familiar with the middle-aged lady, but he still couldn't exactly remember who the other was.

The Emperor continued to speak to the elder and calmly asked, "Does Empress Dowager know that you are here?" Though he saw her walk in here with her own two feet, he had to make sure that she wasn't forced here.

"Replying to Bixie, the Empress Dowager has personally told this old one to follow the Empress here." The elder smiled as she replied back to the Emperor. It was like she had known him for a long time and she wasn't even in the slightest bit nervous in his presence.
