Bab 151: Why Else Are We Here?  

"Ba'dqeel, my brother!" shouted the Rein as he strolled forward, away from the ministers behind him, and toward Ba'dqeel.

I stiffened as I watched the other male embrace my own. I trusted the Rein almost as far as I could throw him. Cocking my head to the side, I studied the 8'6" tall male seriously. I could throw him just as far and just as easily as I could the Prophet.

Fuck my life.

"Are you wet?" asked the Rein, stepping back to study Ba'dqeel. While the Eri didn't act as regular water, it did leave a film on the skin that needed time to fully be absorbed. So, even though Ba'dqeel's pants were dry, his hair and body still had that film on them.
