Bab 277: Fist of the First Star

Knights in full plate armour lined up at the southern end of the Starblessed Valley. King Edwein cast his gaze over the far end as his horse trotted forward. 'There should be some resistance by now.' 

With no sign of resistance from the hidden Valdic tribe, the King gave the order to march onward. 'Perhaps they really are legends. If people lived here we should have known about it.' He shook his head in resignation. 'Our God has asked this of us, so I can't disappoint him.'

Edwein's gaze flickered to the God in golden and silver armour to his left. However, Arthur only returned a gentle smile in his direction. Edwein felt encouraged by Arthur's presence as he led his troops further into the valley.

His eyes caught sight of what appeared to be the homes of an ancient civilisation carved into the rocks on either side of the valley. 'How is it possible for a place like this to exist, but we have no records of it?'
