She really did not like being woken up at all.

"Mu Siyin! Stop playing dead! Open up before I tear it down!" Upon saying that, a loud bang ensued as she kicked it with all her might.

"Ouch!" Mu Siyin heard a cry of pain across her door. Busybody Gu probably used too much force or placed it in an incorrect form and twisted her ankle.

"Are you okay, Auntie?" Mu Xingyu asked in exaggeration.

Madam Gu fumed. "Xingyu! Is Mu Siyin in her room or not?"

"She is. She's pretending she hasn't heard you."

"That little vixen! I'm going to skin her alive today!"

Upon saying so, Madam Gu raised her leg and kicked the door madly.

"Old Hag Gu!"
