Outcast is a captivating read. Astrid’s character feels unique and well-developed, and the story pulls you in from the first chapter with its mix of magic and mystery. The relationship between Astrid and her parents adds emotional depth, balancing out the darker elements of the plot. The pacing is great so far, and I’m excited to see how Astrid’s journey at the academy unfolds. Looking forward to more!
I did not expect to enjoy this book so much as it isn’t my usual genre. Once I started the OUTCAST I couldn’t put it down and read it in one day! The book was well paced. Skillful writing, realistic as well as unique characters.. It’s a great book to share with a special friend.
