A Month Passed by.

Primis' pocket world changed significantly as he made many changes after ascending the throne.
One of them was a new island that was floating higher than any other island.
The diameter of this island was 500 meters. There was only a single house on the whole island.
It's a small house with only a kitchen, drawing room, study room, and bedroom.
Currently, Primis was in the bedroom, sitting on the chair near the bed while looking at Ophis's sleeping face.
After becoming Emperor, he recovered enough to enter his Pocket World again. From that day onwards, he never left Ophis and remained by her side while holding her soft, boneless hand.
He can tell that thanks to his recovery, Ophis was also healing fast because of their connection. But it seems that it was still not enough to wake her up.
Still, it didn't prevent Primis from staying. On the contrary, it would become a regular occurrence from now on.
He then stood up and removed the quilt that was covering her. Then his arms moved, one at her shoulder and the other below her knees, before he picked her up in princess carry.
His expressions were gentle, and he smiled lightly while looking at his sleeping empress leaning on his chest.
Primis: Let's spend some time outside. You must be bored staying in this room all day.
He then turned and left the house with Ophis in his arms.

As he walked, a pleasing sunlight fell on them, illuminating their faces.
Looking around, he saw nothing but empty land, which made the house even more desolate and lonely.
Primis: Hmm. Let's renovate it a little.
Once his words fell, plants grew slowly from the ground before the entire land turned green. Still, Primis made some adjustments.
On one side were some trees, while on the other, there was a pond with clear water inside. Around that pond were crimson-red Lycoris flowers.
Primis: This will do for now.
Next, he walked towards the pond and sat on the ground near it.
WHIZ!!
There was a cool breeze that blew his and Ophis's long hair.
Closing his eyes, he enjoyed it and tucked Ophis hair behind her ear before wrapping his arms around her.
He was looking at the sky as many things appeared in his mind.
A minute later, he snapped out of his thoughts and shook his head before deciding to check his current self since he had finally created his third and last template.

Template 3: Eternal Netherworld Emperor

Yes. As the Eternal Netherworld Emperor, Primis now controlled two powers—Celestial and Chthonian.
If someone was confused, these powers were also referred to as Aether and Nether.
Now, what can these powers do:
First, Celestial. It's a powerful and unique element flowing throughout the universe. It's commonly recognized as the essence breathed by gods in the same way humans breathe. Aether/Celestial is a power and force that allows control over elemental, cosmic, spiritual, transcendental, and primordial forces. Regarded as divine power, those who can control Aether/Celestial are considered God-like, essentially becoming virtually invincible.
Second, Chthonian. It's a power that makes up the Underworld, a subterranean dimension where all souls go when they pass on and allows/causes things to wither, die, and be destroyed. Nether/Chthonian is very similar to Aether/Celestial in that it is from a plane between matter and energy.
Like Celestial, Chthonian cannot be perceived by any physical sense. It represents the destructive dark part of reality; as such, all such forces are derived from it. The only way Chthonian can be physically seen is if it is mixed with an element of the physical realm, with darkness, fire, or earth being the most common choices.
Thanks to these powers, Primis can now bend reality itself. And it's not on a mere world or two scale but beyond the Universe itself. Alter, convert, destroy, rebuild, he can do anything he wants now.
Think of Thanos of Marvel Universe to get more details on Primis's current strength. The Giant who collected six infinity stones and wiped out half of the population of the Universe with a snap of his finger.
Current Primis is capable of such a feast, and his power consumption will be almost negligible because he is already a Universal Being.
