Today, at Navy Headquarters, an ominous atmosphere fills the air. Dark clouds loom as high-ranking officers gather for an urgent meeting. Admirals like Garp, Kizaru, and the infamous Akainu are present, as well as senior vice-admirals such as Ghost Spider and Tsuru.
Marshal Sengoku begins gravely, recounting the events that transpired on the Sabaody Archipelago. A Celestial Dragon has been killed in front of a public audience, a shocking crime. Even more startling, the culprit defeated Admiral Akainu and completely destroyed the Sabaody Archipelago.
The room erupts in shock. It's hard to believe anyone could best an admiral, much less someone who is not among the Yonko. Admiral Garp voices the question on everyone's mind, suspecting the involvement of New World figures like Shanks or Kaido. However, Sengoku reveals that the culprit is not a member of the Yonko, but someone from an unknown group, identifying themselves as the Akatsuki.
This announcement leaves the room in stunned silence. The Akatsuki, a group that no one had ever heard of, now poses a threat that rivals even the most dangerous pirates. Their defeat of Akainu and the obliteration of an entire island signals a new and terrifying power emerging on the seas, one that the Navy must prepare to confront.
"What kind of organization is this!?"
"Never heard of them before!"
The room was filled with confusion, as none of the gathered Navy officers had heard of the Akatsuki.
"The Akatsuki, with the defeat of Akainu, unquestionably have the power equivalent to a Yonko," Sengoku said gravely.
"More troubling, despite our Navy and World Government's intelligence network, we have zero information on them."
The fact that such a powerful group could remain hidden was alarming. The Akatsuki had made their presence known by publicly killing a Celestial Dragon, defeating an admiral, and destroying the Sabaody Archipelago.
"This is not the act of a group seeking peace. The Akatsuki are planning something, and we must be on guard," Sengoku continued.
"Marshal Sengoku, this Akatsuki is clearly a destabilizing force on the seas. Shall we issue a bounty?" asked Vice Admiral Tsuru.
"Yes, not only will we issue a bounty, but it will be a substantial one," Sengoku replied after thinking for a moment. "If they want to hide, we'll make sure they're hunted. A massive bounty will draw the attention of every force across the seas. Even a shred of information could lead us to the Akatsuki."
"And how much should we offer?" Tsuru inquired.
Sengoku deliberated, then answered, "They've killed a Celestial Dragon and have Yonko-level strength... the bounty will be 5 billion berries."
"5 billion!? A Yonko-level bounty!?"
Everyone present was shocked. Such a bounty was typically reserved for only the most dangerous individuals or pirate groups in the New World. But considering the Akatsuki had killed a Celestial Dragon, defeated an admiral, and annihilated the Sabaody Archipelago, the danger they posed was undeniable.
"The Akatsuki are no less dangerous than any of the Yonko, perhaps even more so," Sengoku said gravely. "They're plotting something, and we cannot afford to ignore them."
The decision was made. A bounty of 5 billion berries would be issued for the Akatsuki, ensuring their presence would not remain hidden for long.
