"He only recently entered the Grand Line, and somehow he managed to get caught and ended up in the first underground levels of Impel Down..."
"You must be kidding!" Before Sengoku could finish, Garp interrupted, "He's one of Roger's former crew members! His bounty is just over 10 million? And he accidentally got captured by the Navy? You just locked him up in Level 1 of Impel Down?!"
Garp found this situation utterly ridiculous. It was the most outrageous thing he had ever encountered!
What are those guys even setting the bounty for? And what about the ones in Impel Down? Do they even understand the significance of the two words 'Pirate King'?
Just the title alone is worth at least 500 million berries! It's on par with getting the privilege of staying in the sixth underground level of Impel Down!
Sengoku's expression darkened, and he said, "His identity was only revealed a few days ago! I had a feeling something was off, but when Magellan assured me that he'd dealt with him, I didn't think much of it because I was swamped with other matters!"

The Den Den Mushi, reflecting Mr. 3's frantic demeanor, replied, "It's impossible to miss such a huge target! Give me another thirty—no, twenty seconds!"
Buggy felt that such a grand spectacle should be witnessed by the entire world. He instructed Mr. 3 and Laffitte to restore the live broadcast from the control room.
With all the Navy's focus on the front lines, the control room was unguarded, allowing Mr. 3 and his team to operate smoothly without interruption.
Buggy urged, "Hurry up! More people are noticing us, and if we delay any longer, the surprise factor will be lost!"
As he spoke, Buggy handed World a handful of what looked like candy beans.
Worlder looked confused and asked, "What's this?"
Buggy grinned and explained, "These are my special Muggy Ball. A regular one can demolish a small town, and while this special version isn't as powerful, it can still take out a few small buildings!"
"Make sure to use your powers to announce our grand entrance later!"
World, who possesses the More- More Fruit, has the ability to increase the size and speed of anything he touches by up to a hundred times.
To put it plainly, the handful of jelly beans World is holding could easily level Marineford!
"Oh?" World's interest was piqued. He scrutinized the Muggy Ball in his hand and asked, "Are you sure this is as powerful as you say?"
Buggy smiled and replied, "Just give it a try and see for yourself!"
At that moment, the Den Den Mushi in Buggy's hand mimicked Mr. 3's voice, saying, "Buggy, we're all set! We can start the live broadcast at any time!"

Mr. 3 and World responded in unison and began their tasks.
