49: The Locked Room

Once, Agatha's tests left her stranded in the dark forest. Lara stayed there for two weeks under a large, dead tree, steering off vicious predators and feeding herself from what's around her alone.

Lara didn't sleep a wink during those nights, afraid that something will attack her if she slept. The test was her teacher's way of making her scared. She's been talking a lot about going into the human realm after she accidentally discovered of its existence during her adventures at the dungeons, and Agatha wanted to teach her a lesson…

In those moments, Lara discovered something inside her. She found out her undying thirst to stay alive under threats, which makes the memory even more memorable because the palace raised her like a flower, but out there nothing else mattered, not even her status or the power her father holds.
