Rezelna started the spell against her wishes. Zephirin, Ywain, and Aarox left her no chance to evade the spell. The deposed crown prince took charge with ruthless clarity.

Mikael was tasked with filling the pool with water. The water was to act as an anchor to the spirits. While the pool was being filled to the bream with clean water, Zorra and Emorie were tasked to awaken Rhon. 

The two of them stood on each side of my helper. They intertwined their hands and formed threads of flames to move the hands of the clock for Rhon and him alone. We couldnt risk unfreezing time and the world ending before the spell was finished.
