Bab 121: 121: A wake-up call

Watching Rhon lose the person who was his home was the wake-up call I needed to see Zephirin and his friends for who they truly were. As much as I cared to see the goodness in their hearts and souls, I was forced to admit that death followed them everywhere they went. 

First Prince Caelan died and now Myron lost his life. "Arghhhhhhh.... Noo..... Arghhhhh... " Rhon's scream crisscrossed deep to the core of my heart. I understood that Zephirin and his friends had to be stopped. 

I listened, to the souls of those that have suffered at the hands of the evil one and his companions. Their grievances and the grudges they held. I let go of the light coursing through my veins, my mind focusing on the darkness around me. The dark energy in my core awakened, I was ready. 

Ready to embrace my identity as the Incirion, to embrace my destiny as the lord of the dark to take Zephirin down bring peace to the world, and give some closure to Rhon.
