Bab 30: Not Simple

Yao Ran turned off the range hood, put away the trash, and placed the trash bag outside. Just as she was about to close the door, she heard a faint cry from Unit 2001.

Yao Ran was admitted to a famous medical university through a scholarship and studied for two years. With years of medical experience in her previous life, she accumulated enough experience to know that the child's crying sounded wrong.

She stood there for a moment but decided not to meddle in other people's business. Before she could go back, the door to unit 2001 suddenly opened.

Looking at Zhou Ruilin's panicked face and red eyes, Yao Ran knew that the crying child must be her family member. Just as she was about to close the door, Zhou Ruilin saw her. 

When she saw Yao Ran, her eyes lit up with hope. Zhou Ruilin rushed over and stood a few steps away from her.
