Bab 13: 10 .Tsunade
The next day Danzo left the Hokage building after handling all of his tasks. After all, yesterday Hiruzen and the others helped him finish a bulk of the paperwork thus he didn't have a lot of work today.
Even if something comes up unless it is very important the others can handle it, after all, they are being paid to work not for him to do everything.
So today due to having some free time on his hands Danzo decided to visit the Senju compound to fulfil the promise to his sensei.
Danzo thought in his mind about not fulfilling the promise, but after seeing the cute and pitiful appearance of little Tsunade his heart strings were pulled which prompted him to reconsider and after thinking about it, it wasn't a bad choice per se. He could earn himself some browny points with the Hot Gilf and maintain a close relationship with the Senju clan.
Mito Uzumaki may be old but it didn't mean appearance-wise she was old. She looked like a Milf in her 30s.

Leaving a good impression on a Milf is always appreciated. So considering all these points, mentoring Tsunade wasn't a bad decision at all. Denzo mentally patted himself for the brilliant choice.
There was also one more reason for his visit to return the sword used by his sensei back to the Senju clan.
Although the sword is a very strong ninja tool Danzo was inclined to earn the goodwill of the Senju's by returning the sword rather than keeping it for himself.
If you can earn browny points, then why the hell not ?

Danzo arrived at the familiar Senju compound and he was met by the same servant who received him on his previous visit. After he had informed the man about the purpose of his visit, he directly led Danzo to the courtyard where he was led to on his previous visit.

After Danzo entered the courtyard he found Mito sitting gracefully in the yard, and not far away from her he could see a little blonde girl sitting cross-legged with her eyes closed on a rock.
Mito was surprised by Danzo's arrival and hurriedly got up from her sitting position to welcome him.
" Hokage-sama, why are you here " Mito's words caused Danzo to smile wryly.
" Mito-sama don't do this to me, Please call me Danzo, I dare not receive any respect from you" Danzo said in a helpless tone while smiling wryly.
" That.... Okay, I'll just call you Danzo" Outwardly Mito showed a worried face but inside her heart she was very happy with his words.
" Mito-sama, This time I came here to return Sensei's sword"
After saying that Danzo took out the Thunder God sword from his system space.
*Zi Zi Zi Zi *
The blade crackled with golden lightning while giving off a familiar aura, It belonged to Tobirama.
" Raijin no Ken " Mito murmured seeing the golden sword crackling with lightning.
After a long bout of silence .....
" You should keep it since you are Tobirama's successor and you are more than qualified to use it "
" You are not allowed to refuse " Mito shook her head and handed the Sword back to Danzo.
There was an unquestionable tone in her previous statement, which made Danzo helpless.
" Okay ..... then " Danzo smiled helplessly and retrieved the sword back to the system space.
" Since you are here, you should introduce yourself to Tsunade "
Just as Mito finished saying those words, Tsunade who had her eyes closed all this time, opened them.
Her brown orbs were filled with curiosity examining the person in front of her.
" Are you Sarutobi Danzo that Grandpa Second always talked about "
" ..... "
