Shisui Uchiha held a crow in his hand. As he stroked the crow, a piece of information from Uchiha Fugaku appeared in his mind.
The message read:
"Shisui, I need information about the Akatsuki. Please let me know what you find out about Pain's true body, Konan's abilities, Kakuzu, Hidan, Deidara's immortality, the Scorpion's body, Kisame's powers, and the truth about Zetsu."
Shisui was taken aback. Uchiha's intelligence network was indeed formidable, uncovering so many secrets about the Akatsuki. However, there seemed to be something unusual mixed in the message.
Shisui approached Konan and asked, "Konan, can I ask you something?"
Konan replied, "Sure."
Shisui hesitated, "What's your cup size?"
Konan's face flushed with irritation. "Get out!"
Realizing his question was inappropriate, Shisui quickly backed away. He had no way of knowing Konan's age or details due to his lack of eyes.

''Two Years Later''
In the past two years, Sasuke Uchiha's swordsmanship had improved significantly.
He had completed three S-rank missions, ten A-rank missions, and several B, C, and D-rank missions, with the latter being so trivial he barely considered them.
Sasuke checked his system panel:

The Chunin Exams were approaching.
Kakashi Hatake gathered Team 7 and informed them, "The Chunin Exams are almost here. The exams are divided into two stages: a written test and a fighting competition."
"This year's exams are different. While the written test remains the same, the fighting competition will include participants from Sunagakure (the Village Hidden in the Sand). Don't embarrass me."
"I'm not worried about Sasuke. My main concern is Naruto and Hinata. Hinata isn't skilled in combat, but she will participate. Naruto and Sasuke, you must perform well. Naruto, don't let me down."
Naruto replied confidently, "Got it!"

The Written Test
The written test began soon after. The proctor, Ibiki Morino, was diligent in his duties. Despite being a Chunin, Ibiki's competence suggested he might be promoted to Jonin soon.
Sasuke found the test questions daunting. He thought, "Let me fight someone, and I'd guarantee a win. But this? Can I even answer these questions?"
Then he remembered this was the ninja world. Theoretical knowledge might not be as crucial here. It could come down to observation skills.
Using his Sharingan, Sasuke copied Shikamaru Nara's answers, knowing that Shikamaru's results were excellent.

Meanwhile, in the Land of Wind
In Sunagakure, Orochimaru spoke to Rasa, the Fourth Kazekage. "Kazekage Rasa, are you in agreement with the plan I proposed?"
Rasa responded, "On what grounds are you negotiating with me?"
Orochimaru smiled. "As the leader of Otogakure, not as Orochimaru."
Orochimaru had established Otogakure in a desolate region within a few years. This time, he aimed to collaborate with Rasa as Otogakure's leader.
Despite being a small nation, Otogakure was gaining fame. Rasa saw the opportunity to weaken Konoha by involving Orochimaru in the Chunin Exams.
Orochimaru suggested he disguise himself as a Sand Village guard and infiltrate the woodland.
In exchange, he promised to transfer control of Otogakure to Rasa. Rasa, tempted by the offer, agreed to cooperate.
As the Sand Village team moved towards Konoha, Gaara, Rasa's son, noticed the change in his father.
Despite their strained relationship, Gaara remained indifferent, focused on his own path.

Back in Konoha
Sasuke achieved perfect scores on the written test, tying with Shikamaru for first place. Kakashi was surprised by Sasuke's performance.
"Sasuke, when did you become such a scholar? How did you get perfect marks?"
Sasuke replied, "As a ninja, I should have meticulous skills. With my observation abilities, I copied Shikamaru's answers."
The proctor, though taken aback by Sasuke's blatant plagiarism, chose not to confront him, given Sasuke's reputation as an Uchiha and one of the few with Mangekyō Sharingan.
Nara Shikaku, Shikamaru's father, was displeased. Although plagiarism wasn't explicitly forbidden, it was frowned upon. Shikaku planned to use his authority to address Sasuke.
Nara Shikaku said to Sasuke, "Uchiha Sasuke, wait a moment. I need to speak with you."
Before Shikaku could begin, Uchiha Kento arrived to pick up Sasuke.
Seeing Kento, Shikaku felt a surge of frustration. "Why him? This is going to be a problem."
Kento approached Sasuke. "How did you do on the test?"
Sasuke answered, "I tied for first place with Shikamaru. But, please wait a moment, Nara Shikaku is about to lecture me."
Hearing this, Kento was enraged. "Nara Shikaku, how dare you lecture the Uchiha clan's young master! You're not qualified. Don't think that serving as a strategist for the Third Hokage makes you special. If I wanted to, I could slap you so hard that even the Third Hokage wouldn't dare to confront me!"
Shikaku, fuming but powerless against Kento, chose to leave without further confrontation.
Nara Shikaku, helpless and frustrated, thought, 'The Uchiha clan is lawless!'
