"What about those pale-skinned people? Who are they, and why did they appear?" Fourth Raikage Ay asked as he thought of them and their strength. He had seen the battle, and he knew how strong they were.
Hearing his words, others who were also curious about Otsutsuki and wanted to know if they would appear again lowered their hand since their question was asked.
"They are from a race known as Otsutsuki, and they travel in space to different worlds to plant the Divine Tree and harvest the natural energy of the planet, essentially destroying it."
"The last Otsutsuki came a thousand years ago, and then they came again that day. So, you don't have to worry for at least the next 100 years, and even if they did, I will take care of them."
Kazutora said as he heard the question and understood what they were worried about. Others were astonished by his words, and instead of being satisfied by the answer, they had more questions in their mind.
After all, knowing that beings live in outside world was something they didn't know about, and not only that, knowing that life existed outside their world was shocking to them.
But, before anyone could ask anything, Tobirama noted, "There is no need to ask questions regarding Otsutsuki. Even if you all knew everything, you wouldn't be able to do anything."
"So, it's better to not know anything and just do what you can do." Tobirama didn't forget to say this to ensure they wouldn't do anything stupid or ask such questions again.
Those who were about to say something paused at his words and took back the words in their mouth. Not many here had seen the Otsutsukis and only had heard of this, so they weren't able to grasp the power levels. They wanted to know about them but hearing him, they understood that there weren't qualified to learn about Otsutsuki.
"Any other questions?" Tobirama said as he looked at everyone, and no one raised their hands. Even if they did have questions, they didn't think they should ask such questions at the conference.
Looking at them, Tobirama frowned, and he turned towards the main members. He saw Kazutora waving his hand while others were looking into the papers and reading them.
"Then, you all separate into groups with ten members in each group in five minutes," Tobirama said with a flicker in his eyes, and he decided to start the checkups while talking with others about further matters and clarifications.
At his words, the Jonins looked at each other, and they saw the Konoha Jonins getting up and forming groups. Looking at them, others also started to move and create groups with members of their villages.
"Every group should have at least one member of five villages."
But their bubbles of forming groups with members of the same village burst at Tobirama's words, and Kazutora chuckled at his actions. He noticed that Tobirama delayed his words on purpose and saw him turning back with his mouth curved.
"How much time do you think they will take?" Tsunade whispered to Kazutora, who was staring at the ruckus in the hall, and she heard him say, "Minimum 10 minutes, maximum one hour. If they take more, they don't deserve to be here."
He purposely said with his voice infused with chakra, and at his words, the crowd paused and flinched for a second. Even though they knew that everyone was watching, they couldn't make up their mind and decide how to join the groups, but after listening to Kazutora's words, all of their hesitations disappeared, and they started to move.
"Sen-- Kazutora-Sama, will you be doing the same thing you did in Land of Wind?" Kurotsuchi asked while hiding the real emotions she was feeling because she knew that it would be pointless.
Kazutora stared at Kurotsuchi, and he could feel her anger, rage and hatred, but there was no such expression on her face. After thinking for a moment, he said, "If it is necessary, I will do it."
"What are your plans regarding the difference between ninjas and civilians? Will you be doing anything to elevate them or lower the difference between the two?" Garura asked as she thought of a few things and their expression changed at her words.
Most of the people there didn't really care about civilians, and they didn't think anything needed to be done about them.
Hearing her question, a surprised look appeared on Tsunade and Kazutora's faces. Tsunade had told him about Yugao's breathing technique, and they had already created a group and given the techniques to test how much potential the techniques had.
Their surprised expression made others think that they had thought about this matter too, and they heard Kazutora say, "About this, a technique has been developed, and a test is being done. When results are out, we will check them and see if the techniques are okay or not."
"But, even then, the difference between Ninjas and civilians will still exist, and it would take hundreds of years to increase the overall level of people."
"If you are looking for immediate enhancement of civilians, it's not possible. Even if it was, I won't say since it would cost a lot of things and there is no need for me to bother with this."
Kazutora said with a flicker in his eyes, and he thought of how he could empower anyone with his Kama Seal, and the technology of Otsutsukis. Hearing his words, their expression changed, and they understood that Kazutora did have a way to empower, but he didn't want to say it.
When they thought of his women, and how strong they were, a glint flashed in the eyes of a few women while some people started to make plans and see if it could work.
The nature of humanity is to decrease variables and clear unknowns. For everyone, Kazutora and his methods were a mystery, and at the back of their mind, they wanted to clear the mysteries and know everything.
"I have one more question," Garura said with a gleam in her eyes, and everyone's eyes were on her.
"Is there a way to revive someone, no matter the price? I heard that Fourth Hokage and his wife were present, and everyone knows that they died years ago."
Garura said with a serious look on her face, and she knew that she shouldn't have asked such a question. But, when she thought of her three children, she steeled her heart and the resolve to revive even if she had to do anything.
The atmosphere on the table changed at her words, and they were shocked by the audacity of Garura. Even Chiyo was stunned as they had talked about this matter before, and Chiyo said that if she could get a body of him, she would be able to do something.
Chiyo planned on using the forbidden technique she had created to revive Third Kazekage from Impure World Reincarnation since she noticed he was the same as puppets but on a different level.
It wasn't possible to revive Rasa since even his body wasn't left, and Garura wanted to know if something could be done.
Kazutora stared at Garura as he heard the words and then he looked towards Tsunade. Tsunade noticed his gaze and she shook her head at him. Her eyes turned cold as she turned towards Garura, who flinched at her gaze and felt a pressure on her.
"Yeah, there is. But that's not possible for you, neither can you get it. I feel that this meeting is getting pointless since you are not asking the questions related to what you should."
"This better be the last time, or you can all can just fuck off and do what we are telling you to do."
Garura lowered her head as she heard her words, and she understood that nothing could be done. The words from Tsunade told her that she shouldn't even hope for their help in this matter, and it was as she thought.
Tsunade knew the conditions to revive someone, and she didn't even revive her brother and dead ones. After all, even if Kazutora could give away some vitality, she didn't think he should do, and he had told her that he would change the Pureland and create a place where souls could move on in future.
The atmosphere on the table had changed, and Chiyo stared at Garura who had lowered her gaze. Mei looked at Third Mizukage with a flicker in her eyes and the Third Mizukage shook his head.
A disappointed look appeared on her face, and she decided to take matters into her own hands and talk about them later.
"Can we just stay in Konoha to watch and look how it is?" Mabui asked as she thought of her two friends she hadn't met, and Fourth Raikage Ay groaned at her words.
"Sure, Konoha is open to all. If you want to, feel free to visit and look around. Certain places there need permissions and if you tried to sneak in, your head would be chopped off." Kazutora said with a smile on his face and his words sent shivers to them.
"Well, I feel that there is no need to talk anymore. The groups are ready, and you all can chat if you want. I am out since I have stuff to do and look at various things."
Before anyone could say anything, Kazutora spoke and he got up on his place. He looked at many groups formed, and he contacted Kaguya. A portal appeared in the air, and they saw the terrifying woman they had seen before walking out.
"Kaguya, you can do your stuff. Mikoto, Kurenai, and Nono assist her." Kazutora said before disappearing from the location, and they saw the mentioned people with all the Jonins disappearing from their location.
The sight stunned the observers, and they were again made aware of how terrifying Kazutora's group was.
