"Orochimaru, what happened to Kakashi? And why does he have Sharingan from my Uchiha clan?"
As a member of Kakashi's team, Sasuke wanted to find out more after learning that Kakashi had the Sharingan.
However, all he discovered was that Kakashi was a very talented ninja, becoming a Chunin at age six and a Jonin by twelve.
But he couldn't find any information about how Kakashi got the Sharingan, which was what he was most curious about.
"Don't worry, Sasuke-kun. Let's see if the light curtain will reveal the answer."
"Okay, but if the light curtain doesn't give me the answer, you have to tell me."
"No problem."
Sasuke knew a bit about Kakashi from his research.
Naruto, on the other hand, knew nothing.
He only knew that Kakashi was their Jonin instructor and nothing more.
After all, Naruto wasn't like Sasuke. It made more sense for him to sleep at home than to go searching for information about their instructor.
"I didn't expect Kakashi-sensei to be so strong. A Jonin at twelve? That's amazing."
After saying that, Naruto quickly covered his mouth.
Seeing Naruto acting silly again, Jiraiya sighed and said, "You don't need to cover your mouth."
"No, if I don't, I might accidentally say something."
"You're covering your mouth, but you're still talking, aren't you?"
"...That's true."
Naruto felt that what Jiraiya, the Fifth Hokage, said made sense, so he stopped covering his mouth.
[Before leaving, Minato gave Kakashi a kunai marked with the Flying Thunder God technique.]
[Soon after arriving at the front lines, Minato's team got caught up in a small-scale battle.]
[Since Kakashi was eager to show off his Chidori, he was struggling against the enemy and found himself at a disadvantage.]
[Fortunately, Minato came to Kakashi's rescue just in time. While helping Kakashi, Minato also placed his Flying Thunder God mark on the enemy.]
[Then, he dropped his backpack and entered combat mode.]
[Before the backpack even hit the ground, the enemy was already captured.]
[However, Minato wasn't in a hurry to kill the Iwa ninja in front of him.]
[The Iwa ninja was stunned by Minato's yellow hair and swift movements.]
["No way, are you the Yellow Flash of Konoha? My boss told me to run as soon as I see you. Now I understand why."]
[This person's story shows that while it might take some people just a moment to understand something, it might cost others their lives.]
[After Minato took down the enemy, he spent the night there before leaving his team to head to the front line.]
"If nothing unexpected happens, then something unexpected will happen."
"Teacher, why do you say that?"
Looking at the light curtain, Tobirama said confidently, "I was just thinking about the next developments like a writer would."
Tobirama then looked around at his disciples and continued, "You all know that from the perspective of the light curtain, we are all just characters in a literary work called 'Naruto'. Since it's a story, the highs and lows of the plot are what the audience enjoys the most."
Everyone nodded in agreement.
Sure enough, after Tobirama spoke, the scene of Kakashi and his team being attacked appeared on the light screen.
Tobirama: "See, I was right."
[After Minato left, Kakashi's team encountered trouble behind enemy lines, leading to Obito's death.]
[After finishing his mission, Minato returned using the kunai with the Flying Thunder God technique that he had given to Kakashi. He saved Kakashi and Rin and learned about Obito's death.]
[What these three don't know is that Obito was rescued by Uchiha Madara.]
Orochimaru: "Uchiha Madara?"
Sasuke: "Kakashi's Sharingan—is it Obito's?"
Orochimaru looked intrigued. This was Uchiha Madara, a legendary figure in the ninja world, as famous as the First Hokage, Senju Hashirama.
Orochimaru turned to the Fifth Hokage, Jiraiya, and the Third Hokage, who were acting normally, and asked, "Are you hiding something from me?"
"I'll explain later."
Jiraiya, the Fifth Hokage, wasn't shocked by the news of Uchiha Madara's survival because the Third Hokage had privately informed him about the third review video.
That video showed that Madara had rescued Obito, later attacked Konoha with the Nine-Tails, killed Minato and his wife, and was the reason Naruto became an orphan.
Since Orochimaru was not the Hokage, the Third Hokage hadn't shared these details with him.
Sasuke, on the other hand, wasn't as excited as Orochimaru. Having not lived through that time, Sasuke didn't fully grasp the significance of Madara's name.
What mattered most to him was whether this Uchiha named Obito was still alive. If he was, then Sasuke wouldn't be the only Uchiha left.
He even wanted to find Obito and restore the former glory of the Uchiha clan.
"It's clear that Obito still valued his friends. Before he died, he gave his Sharingan to Kakashi."
Sarutobi Hiruzen knew that Obito had likely hoped to use the Sharingan to make Kakashi stronger so they could break through the siege and survive.
A truly good kid.
"I just don't understand how Madara managed to deceive Obito and make him hate Konoha and Minato so much that he wanted to use the Nine-Tails' power to destroy the village."
"There are only a few ways."
As someone who understands the Uchiha clan well, Tobirama immediately considered several methods that could have led Obito into darkness.
From the evidence and the situation, it was most likely a scheme where Obito's teammates were framed and killed, driving him into despair.
"Could it have something to do with that girl named Nohara Rin?"
Kagami, who had awakened the Mangekyō Sharingan and experienced despair, offered his thoughts.
"If Obito truly cared for that girl, Madara could have killed her in front of him and then blamed Konoha. That would explain some of Obito's later actions."
"Yes, that seems likely."
[This rescue demonstrated Minato's strength. The enemy forces numbered at least in the double digits, and each enemy seemed evenly matched with Kakashi.]
[Though the specifics of the battle aren't detailed, Kakashi was severely exhausted, and Rin's effectiveness as a medic was inadequate.]
[In other words, before Kakashi fell, he managed to defeat only a few enemies with Chidori.]
[Minato, who was not in peak condition after the battle at the front, rejoined the team and faced an overwhelming number of enemies. Even a skilled ninja would have struggled.]
[In the end, Minato defeated all the enemies and saved his two students.]
[Especially after the battle, Kakashi was amazed when he saw Minato upon waking up.]
[Minato showed no signs of fatigue from the war; he was truly a master of the battlefield.]
Naruto: The Fourth Hokage is so cool!
