Vergil descended to the ground, sitting on a nearby car amidst the devastated battlefield.

"Ah... ah... I used too much power..." He looked around, taking in the echoes of the carnage he had caused, while the sun began to set, casting a reddish glow over the landscape.

The scene was both beautiful and disturbing, a reminder of the power he had just discovered.

"W-why hasn't the battle dimension collapsed yet?" he questioned, but quickly returned to his thoughts.

"That was just an appetizer..." he muttered, recalling the last strike he delivered, the energy cutting through the air effortlessly, as if slicing through reality itself.

He had never felt so powerful, but there was something dull about the ease with which he had wiped out his opponents. The power was undeniable, but where was the thrill? The adrenaline that made him feel alive?
