Bab 54: 054, no patience

Huo Jingshen cleared his throat and picked up his mobile phone.

"Jingshen, this is Xiu Xin. I'm sorry for calling at this late hour. Have I disturbed your rest?"

"It's fine."

"I wanted to let you know, I'm taking Ziyang back to the United Kingdom tomorrow. The child is just too mischievous. Thank you for looking after him these past few days."

"My pleasure."

"I should be the one thanking you. Yet, this time was just too rushed. When I have some free time, Xihan and I would like to invite you and your wife out to dinner."

Xiu Xin was excessively polite, and Huo Jingshen was aloof and cold. After exchanging a few pleasantries, he hung up the phone.

He put down his mobile and walked towards the sofa; he reached down and picked Su Wanwan up.

"What do you think you're doing?" Su Wanwan yelled in panic.

"You're not in the best condition, so I'm going to help you with the medicine." With that said, Huo Jingshen stretched out his long legs and started walking.
