Tulis ulasanA Gem, i would place this novel with Lord of mysterious simply based on potential, the characters arent cutouts they make rational and irrational decisions that fit there character Im very happy that a new original has found its way to the top Pros Potential for the story to go anywhere Origional idea that has a unique spin on an monster system Stable uploads Im not able to guess the plot or what will happen next Cons I need more chapters and the chapters fly by due to this Give it a try, its intriguing where the story is progressing with little predictables that are a common turn off for the system oriented genre
I genuinely love the concept behind this, and the story in general. The reason for the 4-stars instead of 5, however, is the author's lack of proper punctuation. There are a great deal of run on sentences, and not nearly enough punctuation to even everything out. It's like the difference between saying "Let's go eat Grandma!" and "Let's go eat, Grandma!" As far as I'm concerned, the errors severely break the immersion, to the point where this story is more of a "sometimes" story, rather than an "all the time" story. Other than that, though, I love it :)
Author supporting his own work. This is a story that will be updated daily with chapters. An action Weak to strong story as the character Evolves completing tasks that only a vampire would need to do but not only that he also must struggle with all the disadvantages of a vampire as well.
In my opinion, this novel isn’t #1 rank material, but the author is a genius for bribing ppl with extra chapters for power stones. Writing quality is not the worse but still pretty bad, lots of misspelling and wrong words used. Once example, ‘integration’ is frequently used instead of ‘interrogation’. Although this happens quite a lot, the real problem is the way the story is written. The writing style is too shallow, it doesn’t give you the sense that you are immersed in the story world. There are not enough details to describe the character and environment. Up to now I still can’t picture what the characters and the school look like. One reviewer compared this with Lord of the Mysteries, which is just absurd. The writing style of LoM makes you feel like you are inside the MC’s head, immersed in his thoughts, emotions, and actions. This novel feels like you’re reading a summary of the MC’s daily activities, it is detached and doesn’t bring you up close and personal. Story development is progressing nicely so far. Contains your typical tropes and plot armor, but it’s not as absurdly done as other webnovels. Not much else to say since the novel is just beginning. Character design: It’s too early to tell but so far just 2 characters have hints of hidden depth, which could lead somewhere interesting. For now, the characters seem very shallow. The characters need to be fleshed out more, especially regarding their physical descriptions. Vague descriptions like ‘short brown hair and tall figure’ and ‘long blonde hair and perfect proportions’ doesn’t cut it. World background has great potential. Not much is revealed yet, but there are portals to other worlds and different species and factions, which leaves much to be discovered. Overall, I like the novel. There are only 108 chapters released so far, so there is room for improvement. I look forward to seeing how this novel progresses, it definitely has great potential.
The story could have been so good... The only real weak point in the story is MC.... MC is actually brain dead like for real his IQ is so low it's unfathomable how he manages to tie his shoes... Writing Quality ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Stability of Updates⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Story Development⭐⭐ Character Design⭐ World Background ⭐⭐⭐ 1) It took him like ages to figure out he was a vampire 2) When he finds out it takes him like 2 chapters to tell a random stranger all his secrets. (yea bro i have a system and stuff OOOO and btw i'm also a vampire).... 3) He does so much retarded stuff you think he would have killed himself by now... 4)System tells him if you don't drink blood you will run out of hp in 10h what does MC do? Noting he goes to bed then panics when he wakes up cuz how could he have know his hp would drop ...... 5) Has absolute no awareness of all the clues he leaves like if he would just use a bit of common sense.... 6) The plot is super forced In short this novel is super overrated and i have no clue why its up so high. Brain dead MC ✔ Clueless MC ✔ Below room temperature IQ ✔ No common sense MC ✔ ... So in short sure you can read it but don't waste stones on it.
It's a decent read, but I got pulled out of the story a lot by the world, supposed to be a military school but there is zero discipline and pretty much the entire story plays out like "Lord of the Flys" with older kids/stronger kids deciding on the rules and punishments. All this is justified by this apparently making the weak kids want to get stronger so they sell themselves to the military to get resources, which in this world the global military that is fighting an technologically superior race, thinks that's how their going to win by holding power and privilege to a few people instead of you know, what a military actually values like discipline and team work. So anyway I quit at chapter 50, but if your looking for "slowish build vampire Lord of the flies high school". **. It's really not that bad, just fell short in a few too many places for me to continue.
Everything is great about this book, However the MC is on the extreme end of the spectrum. He got a system that turns him into a vampire, he researches about vampires, he then acts as if the system is just him hallucinating. The MC is sooo stupid your brain cells will kamikaze each other just from reading his thought process and actions. Since this story is in a futuristic setting, I hope MC finds something to cure his extreme brain cell seppuku soon. Of course this is only my review for the first 20ish chapters, if my brain cells survive to the point where MC has the IQ higher than a retarded squirrel I will update. TLDR Character -9999/10
✅Logical school life ✅Good vampire progression ✅Interesting npcs ❌Short chapters (Author has other novels to write so its understandable.) ❌Ability system (Author didn't reveal much about it so I won't complain for now.) ❌MC couldn't accept his godsend power (Honestly I think his ignorance about him being a vampire after system told with so many ways is a little forced by the author. Well come on.. He doesn't live in cave and hunt mammoths for living every teenager has some fantasies about vampires theese days but of course he may think drinking blood for living is gross so I won't complain about it too.) Overall it's a good read.
Fairly mediocre read. Nothing that's offensively bad, though also nothing special, creative or particularly good. The writing quality is "so-so". For starters, there is plenty of simple spelling mistakes. I personally don't really mind, though still somewhat annoying. What's more annoying, is the occasional grammatical error. Also nothing too bad or too frequent. It's still there though. The thing that annoys me most about the writing quality, is the really simply and at times clumsily written sentences. A lot of simple word usage and simple sentences and the prose at times doesn't really flow too well. Update stability is fine. Story is fairly generic though interesting enough to keep most people reading. Characters in this novel are one of it's other downfalls. They are all fairly two-dimensional. There just isn't much too them. What you see is what you get. There is also plenty of weird logic leaps all over the place, which make the characters feels more like NPCs, than like actual characters. Big 'meh' for me. If this was done well, this novel would have been so much better. The world is okay. Some thing are pretty interesting, while others are straight ripped out of any generic anime. The world is also pretty childishly put together. The reasoning and motivations for the way things are the way they are, only make sense if you don't really think about them. Could overall be a decent read if you haven't read many novels like this and aren't bothered too much by the occasional writing issues and the childish portrayal of the world and characters. If you're looking for real quality and/or creative, look elsewhere.
An ok story about a guy who gains a vampire system in a tech based cultivator society. bunch of common tropes, and except for the MC and background characters everyone else is "quirky" in one way or another. It's not a bad story, but I just don't understand why it is constantly near the top of the rankings as there are a lot of other stories greater than it.
Overview TL;DR : A mediocre story with bad characterization You know how you're reading a story and you like the elements in it like intrigue, super powers, progression, unique world, etc.... But there's something that's just off... about the story? You, like I were probably missing proper character design and development. And none suffer more than the Main Character himself Quinn. After reading 276 chapters, all I can say about his personality is has a "strong spirit" and that's only because the author specifically said so. What's even more interesting is while being a orphan and bullied for probably his entire life, he has no social defects. Any other author who written a orphan character would build them up to have specific attributes like: incredibly isolated, irritable, vengeful, resourceful, or cunning due to circumstances. MC himself has circumstances that could characterize him (elaborating would enter spoiler territory for the first chapters) but the author doesn't uses it to define him. Even other characters have more defined characterization than him. One of them acts in a flippant manner, another has a passion for a certain subject. Man, even a character I hated has his own interests. As for MC, you couldn't even tell me if he likes anything specifically. Really it's all about characters. The author is bad at characterization, like describing the way he uniquely acts or behaves, or adding character defining moments that demonstrates the type of person they are. This is what ruins a novel, making the readers not care about the characters. A better reviewer might focus on the other problems of the novel (e.g. bad antagonists) but what I wanted to focus on was this as it's something that if not improved, the author will only produce half-baked stories.
Average is the best word to describe this novel. It's not bad, it's not great, it's kinda enjoyable but with no immersion whatsoever. Characters are mostly flat, with some interesting traits sprinkled sparingly. If you're looking to kill time then do read it. However, it's not deserving of rank 1 imho and is certainly not a masterpiece. Might you be looking for a similar plot minus the juvenile vampire fanfic? Then read [Super God Gene] (a.k.a [Super Gene]), I find the story better in every way.
Mediocre novel. It's better to create average potential ability, rather than op potential ability that being used like sh*t. It's really frustrating to read. And finally the MC, he is a passive doll that couldn't think on his own. There's no urgency, no initiative, even in front of obvious information, he needs other to remind him what need to do. So frustrating. I am barely able to force my self to read about 180 chaps before finally give up.
How is this piece of trash ranked as #1 on Webnovel? It's literally painful to read, no matter what age or interests you have. The only positive thing about this novel is the rate of updates. Writing quality is below average even for this site. Half-baked English with multiple spelling errors, basic language, and plenty of grammatical errors. It's slightly above a 1-star due to it being 80% coherent and identifiable as English, but that's about it. Updates are probably why this novel still lives on. The author just keeps writing, and the mindless reader just keeps reading. The chapters are short though, so really nothing special even there. The story up to the point that I've read makes no logical sense at all. The characters are as basic as they come, almost as if they were directly drafted from a character template for a B-rated anime show. The only reason I gave the World Background a 2-star rating is that I quit reading before the author even had a chance to improve on it.
Loving the book. The powers are really interesting and enjoy the system that the mc has. Keep up the great work and keep posting chapters. *if not I’ll find where you live and cough on you😷 *
Boring. The main character is forgettable with no character traits apart from 'poor weak orphan'. The supporting characters are even worse. There are no hooks in this novel that make me want to read further an absolutely disappointing experience.
I really don't understand the Novel's 1st place. The novel isn't bad as is, there is a lot of potential in the world building. The characters, while not quite there yet, aren't really bad. The main characters that is. Most side characters pretty much don't have any depth at all. I don't particularly like the way the school life is described. It's a military school. Even if they want students to experience a rough life, students "disappearing" each year? Yeah, who would care about that... There's also other things I consider plotholes that annoy the heck out of me. First describing portals as a precious technology that is only in the hands of three kinds of people, but nevermind the fact that the "dangerous" red portal is accessible at a school, how come there are no guards/you can simply enter? All in all, a good approach but the plot really seems too unlogical to me at times.

Seemed interesting. I thought, Hey a story about a sytem that slowly turns tbe mc into a fill blown vampire, neat right? While the idea is certainly cool, and the world backgrojnd at least plausible in the sense that its slightly different from the usual people from regular earth now have powers trope, its...dull. The characters are currently extremely shallow, there is the most strange contrivances and forced behavior. Now trust me I want to enjoy the story but the amount of hand waving required is rather high. Im at the point where its required that I simlly forget about any semblance of logic or reasoning. Heck even just basic plot flow requires me to have immense suspension of disbelief. Tbe idea has great merit. The method the author uses to slowly change the mc into a monsterous creature is neat. The actjal implementation within tbe story and how the mc and surrounding characters react is not neat. Its dull. Keep trying author, I am sure you will make it better and better as you go. Just dont force stuff. You want something to happen, ok, them think about the most logical and realistic way it could happen in the world setting. Dont just force things to occur a la deus ex machina, hand wave miracle juice. Good luck!

So far I have been loving this book. I read through all that was out in an afternoon. My blood was boiling at the end, asking for mooooaaaarrrrr. I literally have been looking for a vampire book just like this for so long. The way the system works, the way the character has embraced, but not been consumed by his vampirism, I’m fucking hooked. I love it. Okay so, rant over, actual review time. If you want a book that has strong potential to last up to the 1000’s of chapters without being boring through most of it? This is it. You been looking for an actually solid vampire book that isn’t about “boo hoo I’m a vampire” or “ **** I hate vampires let’s kill em” and actually has threshed out intentions behind actions, this is the one. The big upside, is that like other good authors, when the author realizes that he might have made a ****y wucky and made the next part of the book too hard for the character unintentionally , he gives the character a bit of plot armor the actually makes sense instead of a ****ty glaring armor. And when the author actually plans to make it hard for the character? Bam! Boi get slapped and stands back up. This is the book for you. You disagree? Your wrong. It’s for you. 🩸 🩸 🩸
