Bab 14: A Normal Day
It's been a few days since Rosie had a talk with Bella and all I have to say the results were disappointing as at first it seemed she will come by but soon regressed back into her depressive state.
'Well I don't even know how I'll act if am separated from Rosalie.' I thought as I looked towards the blueprint in my basement.
Today unlike other days I decided to spend my time creating a new gadget to introduce to the world, a VR helmet.
Yep, though the research for the same has been ongoing but what's stopping me to have my own copyright on it and earn some free money.
'I mean it doesn't matter how much money you have, it's always lacking.' I mused within my thoughts as I started soldering a circuit for the same.
I went on my work for a few hours before A.I.M.S my AI notified me of movement through sensors around 2 mikes away.
What? I placed sensors everywhere around my house in a distance of 2 mikes and the AI is smart enough to distinguish between abnormality.
Now you would ask what was abnormal about it, it was because apparently a vampire, not the Cullen's, had moved towards a nearby area.
"A.I.M.S activate all defensive maneuvers and what is the position of Bella and Dad."
[All defense maneuvers online.]
[Miss Bella is currently at a nearby diner with her friends and Mr. Swan is at the Station.]
"Where is the target heading."
[Towards the diner.]
"SHIT!" I exclaimed as I immediately released my drones with each having tranquilizers enough to down 3 elephants while I immediately wore my jacket and took the bike and revved towards the diner while monitoring the real-time position of the unknown vampire through my watch via my drones.
It didn't take long for me to reach the diner meeting up with Bella and her gang of friends outside surrounding her truck while with the helps of drone I observed an unknown vampire a mike away through clairvoyance but the very next moment I saw a pack of wolves prancing on the vampire and I immediately stopped observing knowing that now the Quileute tribe was involved.
"Hey guys, how you all doing." I said as I walked towards them after parking my bike.
"Ark! What you doing here" said Bella surprised on seeing me.
"Thought of buying something to eat and no one was home for me to cook." I said as an excuse.
"Woah! You know how to cook" exclaimed Jessica from the side.
"Yeah, learnt it since I was in middle school."
"Cool!" exclaimed tis time both Angela and Jessica while Mike on the side was giving a stink eye which I expertly avoided.
"Alright see you guys later." I said as a goodbye and went inside the diner and placed a order of a steak hamburger with coke as I sat on the barstool with a bottle of beer.
It was only a few minutes until a familiar feeling washed over me and a smile unconsciously tugged over my face.
I immediately finished my beer and went to the restroom only to be immediately tackled inside a cubicle by my collar immediately followed by the smashing of those familiar soft juicy lips on my lips which I reciprocated.
"~Mhmm..." came the soft grunt from the sweet woman in front of me.
"So what you doing here Rosie babe~" I said in a teasing voice nearing my face to her ears with a soft blow.
"~Mhmm It's your fault. I haven't seen you ~ahnn~ at all for a whole day ~hah." she said panting in response to the soft kisses I kept planting all over her face down to her jaws and neckline.
"Aren't you needy~" I teased kissing her more fiercely but this time invading her mouth with my tongue playing with hers while my hands picked her up around my waist and squeezed her soft ass eliciting some whimpers from her.
"~Urghh ~mhmm"
We kept kissing each other deeply fighting with our tongue for dominance while our hands explored each other all the while giving soft grunts with every touch only to stop after panting taking heavy breaths.
It was then that she said looking in my eyes while our forehead touched each other. "Why were you so agitated earlier." she said surprising me.
Probably seeing the surprise she continued "Our bond also acts like an empath conductor during cases of extreme emotions" which surprised me and also answered the question of mine of how Bella and Pico were able to feel each other.
"I just saw a foreign vampire close to Bella" I said and that was enough for her to understand the reason for my reaction as she nodded with a serious face which to me was just cute.
"I'll talk to Carlisle as it could effect our relationship with the Quileute's" I just nodded as we shared another kiss. I then asked her to meet me outside and go for a ride together which she happily agreed.
So after we set our clothes and hairs straight checking my appearance I left the washroom and took my order while Rosie jumped out the window into the woods.
After I had my steak hamburger I left the diner and by that time Bela and her friends had already left so I walked towards my bike seeing Rosie leaning against it.
I just smiled as I approached her and gave her a soft peck as I took out a black helmet with the words 'His' while I wore the counterpart as we revved from the lot to the highway enjoying the feel of the strong winds against the face while Rosie hugged me from behind resting her head on my broad back with a soft smile.
'I love this life.' was all the thought I had.
