Everyone around the table was stunned when Artie brought up the matter about Illum. Who was the Great Illum? He was one of the guardians of the deserts, a beast long existing after his time. No one had ever seen him move around these days, and now, this woman was thinking of summoning him from the deserts? It could be done, but… would the Great Illum even bother about them?

Larkin took a deep breath. "Will you be able to summon him?"

"...I'm not sure. He just came out of nowhere the last time I heard him talk to me. Then again, we could try if he would respond to us." Artie hummed as she looked at Selvig. "If ever we did get the help of the Great Illum, we might ask him to swallow an entire duchy. Will you be able to evacuate the people? I feel bad for destroying their home, but if we want Machiav to show up, we need to threaten him."
