Those trainees almost broke down upon hearing that they had to hunt Direbeasts and give what they hunted to the training camp for free.

Not only that, they must not hide their harvest because it was going to affect their results.

Poor result meant poor ranking.

Poor ranking meant poor benefit.

Poor benefit meant poor self-cultivation. 

It was a vicious cycle!

What vexed them even more was that those vitality-enhancement fluid and Gene Arcana-enhancement fluid given to the outstanding trainees were bought using the money from the Direbeasts that they hunted.

How sad!

It would be nice if they could make it to the top 30 and enjoy the vitality-enhancement fluid and the Gene Arcana-enhancement fluid. If not, they were going to get the short end of the stick—big time.

But this was nothing compared to what came next!
