The door through which he and his sister had just come had been replaced by a swirling mass of various colors – like a rainbow made into liquid form was being stirred.

The appearance of the portal was not what shook his heart but the voice that came from it.

"Please… come back to me soon, my dearest one."

That voice… that voice was hers. It was Cyanea's!

Why was he hearing her voice in that moment?

'It must be a hallucination. Yeah, that's it.'

As he mulled things over some more, the conclusion he came up with upset him; "How could they try to use her likeness to fool me?"

Clicking his tongue, he furrowed his brows with annoyance and demanded; "Show yourself! There is no need to try such a simple trick on me. I am not so gullible!"

It was only about seven seconds before the now-familiar figure of the chocolate-skinned loli with the yellow blindfolds appeared in that reception.
