Aria Grant sat there contemplating. Initially, she assumed George would've understood her feelings, but on second thought, how could he?

He wasn't there, how could he possibly know what Leah Wilson had said to her? Aria suddenly gained some clarity. She had so confidently trusted George while dining with Leah. So why was she displaying such distrust now? Why was she making him guess? He clearly could not.
