With her eyes closed, the expression of my mother seemed quite peaceful. If one could not see below her head, they would simply think that she was sleeping peacefully. As time passed, I simply sat there and stared into my mother's cold dead corpse. Gradually, a part of me from deep within my heart felt that the paleness of the dead body covered in the crimson-colored blood felt quite beautiful.
