Leo rolled his eyes. He seemed to want to say something rude to Damien but then he noticed my glare, signalling him to not make any trouble. Finally, Leo simply pouted and replied to Damien, faking a cheerful smile, "It was great. The fish was really fresh and the fries was very filling."

Damien enthusiastically nodded and looked quite happy due to Leo's positive reply. He walked over and stood between Leo and myself, patting on Leo's shoulder. "I'm glad you liked it," Damien said in a cheerful tone. "The fish and chips here are the best I've ever had!" Damien did not seem to be bragging. It seemed like he really thought the canteen's fish and chips are the best.
